Political Action Committee

The NYSSCPA Political Action Committee serves as the NYSSCPA’s collective voice in Albany. The NYSSCPA distributes NYSSCPA PAC donations to New York political candidates who understand the profession’s needs and concerns. When you donate to the PAC, you help send a clear message to legislators that issues important to the profession affect the wider business community and the public interest—and that we will be heard.

Key Contact Program

NYSSCPA members who have identified him/herself as someone who has either a personal or business connection with a legislator or political party official in New York State and is willing to share that connection with the Society can participate in the Key Contact program. The Society can then utilize those connections to open the flow of communication with lawmakers or state officials so that we may share our position more effectively.
